Request Authorization
Contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any hardware back to our warehouse.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic components in anti-static packaging and use the original shipping box or an equivalent reinforced carton to prevent transit damage.
Shipping and Tracking
Clearly mark your RMA number on the exterior of the package and ship the item via a trackable courier service to our Sydney processing facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our engineers verify the serial numbers and hardware functionality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
